Turkish
Finance and Treasury Minister Berat Albayrak said on Saturday that; since the
beginning of this year and until the end of last September, a million and 2.391
thousand apartments had been sold in turkey.
In
a statement posted on his Twitter acc., Albayrak said 256,283 apartments were
sold within the mortgaged sales, and 746,108 apartments were sold in different
ways.
The
Turkish minister said that the real estate sales during the current year is
very close to the last year.
He
pointed out that a million and 30.728 apartments have been sold during the past
year in all of Turkey, indicating the increase in the real estate sales to
foreigners during the current year.
He
pointed out that the number of apartments sold to foreigners since the
beginning of this year and until the end of September reached 24.155 apartments.
