increased up to 25.7% during January 2018 compared to January 2017. where 1.742
property has been purchased this year.

Iraqi citizens registered first place among foreigners in purchase
during January with 272 units.
Istanbul
came first in line with highest number of the property sold to foreigners among
all other Turkish cities with 545 units. where 8.182 property has been sold
during 2017 all.
Antalya came second after Istanbul, with 427 properties, Bursa
came third with 161 apartments, followed by Yalova and Trabzon.
